With reference to Your Lordship's tele- -gram of the 25th July, I have the honour to inform you that Mr. F. A. Coleman, Principal Lighthouse Keeper in this Colony, was granted two months' vacation leave from the 24th April last pending retirement on pension.

He has been granted a pension at the rate
of £194. 8 4 with effect from the 24th June, 1919, in-
-clusive. The Crow Agents for the Colonies have been request- -ed to make payments to him accordingly.
